01 · What we do

What a rebrand fixes

A refresh that makes the brand match the company you are today, without starting from zero.

01

Brand audit

We collect every place your brand appears, from vans and signs to quotes and Instagram, and show where it looks outdated or inconsistent. You see clearly what to keep, what to adjust and what to drop.

02

Refresh strategy

We agree on how far the change should go: a light polish, a redrawn logo or a new visual system. The decision rests on your goals, customers and competitors, not on trends.

03

Updated logo and palette

We update the logo, colours and fonts while keeping the elements people already associate with you. Colours are checked for readable contrast in line with AODA and WCAG guidance.

04

Guidelines and roll-out

New templates and clear rules keep staff, printers and contractors consistent. A phased roll-out spreads the cost and avoids a messy half-old, half-new period.

02 · Who it’s for

Who rebranding is for

For established businesses whose brand no longer matches their quality, prices or plans.

Not sure it fits? Ask us
  1. 01

Companies that have outgrown their look

When the business has grown, but the logo still looks like it was made on day one and makes you seem smaller than you are.

  2. 02

    Businesses moving upmarket

When you are raising prices or targeting premium clients, and the brand needs to support that level of trust and spend.

  3. 03

Brands that drifted over the years

When different designers, printers and staff have left several logo versions, colours and styles in use at the same time.

  4. 04

Companies after a merger or expansion

When new services, locations or partners join, and the brand needs a structure that works across all of them.

03 · What’s included

What is included

The depth of the refresh is set after the audit, and the quote follows it.

  • Audit of logo, materials and channels
  • Competitor and positioning review
  • Keep, change and drop recommendations
  • Updated logo with responsive versions
  • Refined colour palette and typography
  • Refreshed templates for print and digital
  • Updated brand guidelines document
  • Phased roll-out plan and checklist
04 · How we work

How we refresh your brand

Each stage is approved before the next one starts, so the direction never comes as a surprise.

  1. 01

    Audit and interviews

We gather your materials, talk to you and key staff, and review how customers and competitors see the brand today.

  2. 02

    Refresh strategy

We present what to keep, change and drop, and agree on how far the update should go before any design work begins.

  3. 03

    Identity update

We redesign the logo, palette, fonts and graphic elements, with two rounds of revisions on the chosen direction.

  4. 04

    Templates and guidelines

We rebuild key templates such as social posts, business cards, quotes and sign layouts, and document the rules for using them.

  5. 05

    Roll-out plan

We list every touchpoint in priority order, from website, Google Business Profile and social media to vehicles and uniforms, so the change happens in a controlled sequence.

How much does rebranding cost in Toronto?

Rebranding starts at $3,000 CAD before HST for an audit, updated logo and palette, key templates and guidelines. A deeper overhaul with naming, strategy or a large template set costs more, and the fixed quote follows the audit call.

How long does a rebrand take?

Most refreshes take 5 to 8 weeks from audit to final guidelines. The roll-out depends on your touchpoints, since signage and vehicle wraps are often replaced over a few months.

What is the difference between a refresh and a full rebrand?

A refresh updates the look while keeping your name and core recognition. A full rebrand can change the name, positioning and entire identity, and usually starts with brand strategy work.

Will we lose our Google reviews or search rankings?

A visual refresh does not touch your reviews or rankings. If the name changes too, we plan the updates to your Google Business Profile, website and directory listings so customers and Google can follow the change.

Should we update our trademark after a rebrand?

If the logo changes significantly, it may need a new trademark application with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. We prepare the final files and recommend speaking with a trademark agent about filing.
