01 · Getting started

Working with us

How a project with Thrive Solutions works - from the first message to launch and beyond.

What does Thrive Solutions do?

We are a full-cycle digital agency in Toronto. One team handles strategy, website design and development, branding, SEO, online advertising, social media and marketing automation - so all the pieces are planned together instead of patched together by different vendors.

Where is your office and can we meet in person?

You will find us at 85 East Liberty St, in Toronto’s Liberty Village. We are happy to meet in person anywhere in the GTA, and most day-to-day work happens over video calls, email and a shared project board.

How do we get started?

Send us a request or call +1 (437) 826-8716. We set up a free discovery call to understand your business and goals, then send a proposal with the scope, timeline and a fixed quote. Work begins once you approve it.

How do contracts and payments work?

Every project runs on an official contract with an agreed scope, timeline and price. Payments are split into stages tied to milestones, so you always pay for work that is moving forward.

Who will be working on my project?

A dedicated project lead is your single point of contact and coordinates the designers, developers, copywriters and marketers assigned to your project.

Can you take over a project another agency started?

Yes. We regularly step into projects at different stages. We start with an audit of what already exists, then suggest what to keep, fix or rebuild.

Can I order just one service?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single service - a landing page, a logo or an ad campaign - and add more once they see results.

What do you guarantee?

We guarantee the deliverables, deadlines and technical quality written into the contract. For marketing results we give honest forecasts based on data - and we never promise overnight rankings or fake numbers.

02 · Websites

Website design & development

Questions about building a new website or redesigning an existing one.

What types of websites do you build?

Landing pages, multi-page corporate websites, online stores, websites with 3D product configurators and custom client portals. The platform is chosen for your goals, budget and how your team wants to edit content.

What is the price range for a website in Toronto?

A landing page starts from $1,500 CAD, a multi-page corporate website from $4,000 CAD and an online store from $6,500 CAD. Custom features, integrations and 3D configurators are quoted separately, and after a free discovery call you get a fixed quote.

How much do your marketing and branding services cost?

Monthly SEO starts from $1,200 CAD, local SEO from $600, Google and Meta ads management from $750 plus ad spend, social media management from $1,200 and email marketing from $800 per month. A logo starts from $900 and a corporate identity from $2,000. All prices are starting prices in CAD before HST, and every project gets a fixed quote.

What is the typical timeline for a website project?

A landing page typically takes 2-4 weeks, a multi-page corporate website 5-8 weeks, and online stores or custom projects longer. Timelines depend on content and approvals and are fixed in the contract.

Will my website work well on phones?

Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops before launch.

Do you write the website content?

We can. Our copywriters write clear, search-optimized texts based on an interview with you - or we polish and structure the content you already have.

Is SEO included when you build a website?

Yes, technical SEO is part of every build: a logical page structure, meta titles and descriptions, fast loading, schema markup, a sitemap and clean URLs. Ongoing SEO and content growth are available as a separate service.

What happens after the website launches?

Every project includes a warranty period for fixes. After that you can keep us on a monthly care plan for updates, improvements, SEO and marketing.

Will I own the website, domain and files?

Yes. Domains, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are set up in your name, and you receive all design files and access at the end of the project.

03 · Branding

Branding & identity

Logos, identity systems, brand books and rebrands.

What is included in a branding project?

Research, positioning, a logo, colour palette, typography, graphic elements, key templates and a brand book with rules for using them - everything your team and vendors need to present the brand consistently.

What is the difference between a logo and a brand?

A logo is one element. A brand is the whole system - how you look, sound and behave at every touchpoint, from your website and signage to invoices and social posts.

How many logo concepts will I see?

Usually three distinct creative directions. We refine the one you choose until it works at every size, from a favicon to a truck wrap.

What is a brand book and do I need one?

A brand book is a practical guide to using your identity: logo versions, colours, fonts, layouts and examples. If more than one person or vendor creates materials for you, it saves time and keeps the brand consistent.

Can you refresh our existing brand instead of starting over?

Yes. A rebrand can be a gentle refresh that keeps recognition or a full redesign when the business has outgrown its image. We recommend the right level after an audit.

Do you help with business names and slogans?

Yes. We develop names and taglines that fit your niche, are easy to remember and have an available domain.

Which files will I receive?

Vector and raster logo files, colour codes for screen and print, font details, templates and the brand book in PDF.

04 · SEO & ads

SEO & online advertising

Getting found on Google and running profitable ad campaigns in the GTA.

How long does SEO take to work in Toronto?

Most businesses see meaningful growth in rankings and traffic within 3-6 months. Competitive niches in Toronto can take longer; local SEO for Google Maps often moves faster.

What is local SEO and why does it matter?

Local SEO helps you appear when people nearby search for your service - in Google Maps and "near me" results. For contractors, clinics, studios and other GTA service businesses it is often the most profitable channel.

Do you optimize Google Business Profiles?

Yes. We set up and optimize your profile, categories, services, photos and posts, build a review strategy and keep your business details consistent across directories.

Which advertising platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display), Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads - chosen by where your customers actually spend time.

How is the advertising budget handled?

Your ad spend is paid directly to the platforms from your own accounts. Our management fee is separate and agreed in advance, so you always see exactly where the money goes.

How do you report on results?

You get a monthly report with spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead and return on ad spend, plus our recommendations for the next month.

Can you help with a suspended Google Ads or Merchant Center account?

Yes. We help legitimate businesses understand the reason for a suspension, fix the underlying issues and prepare the appeal - directly and transparently.

What if my ads are not bringing results?

We audit the whole chain - landing page, offer, creatives, audiences and tracking - find where people drop off and fix those points first.

05 · Social media

Social media & content

Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.

What is included in social media management?

Strategy, a monthly content plan, copywriting, design, publishing, community management and a monthly performance report.

Which social networks do you work with?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. We recommend the channels that fit your audience instead of being everywhere at once.

Who creates the content?

Our team does: a strategist plans it, a copywriter writes it and a designer creates the visuals. We can also organize photo and video shoots in Toronto.

How often will you post?

Posting frequency is set in the content plan for each platform and goal - consistency matters more than volume.

How do you measure social media results?

We agree on the metrics that matter for your business - reach, engagement, followers, leads or sales - and report on them every month.

Can you take over our existing accounts?

Yes. We audit your current accounts, keep what works and propose a plan to improve content, visuals and growth.
