A clear naming brief
We define your audience, positioning and the tone the name must carry, plus hard criteria such as length and style. Every option is judged against the same brief, not personal taste.
We create names and taglines that fit your niche, are easy to say and spell, and have been checked for .ca and .com domains, social handles and obvious trademark conflicts in Canada.
A name you can register, put on a sign and say out loud with confidence.
We define your audience, positioning and the tone the name must carry, plus hard criteria such as length and style. Every option is judged against the same brief, not personal taste.
We explore dozens of directions and shortlist the strongest names, each with the reasoning behind it. Only names that pass our availability checks reach you.
For the chosen name we write tagline options that say what you do and why it matters. They work in a website header, on a van or in an Instagram bio.
We check .ca and .com domains, the main social handles, the Canadian Trademarks Database and local businesses with similar names. We also test how each name sounds and spells for customers across a multilingual GTA.
For anyone who needs a name that will carry a business, a product or a new line for years.

When you are launching a product, program or service package that needs its own name inside an existing brand.
When customers misspell your name, confuse you with a competitor or cannot tell from it what you do.
When the name is settled but you need a short line that explains your offer on the website, in ads and on signage.

A call about your business, customers and plans, turned into a written brief with criteria we both sign off on.
We review competitor names in your area and industry and note what to avoid so your name stands apart.
We develop dozens of options across several directions: descriptive, invented, metaphorical and founder-based names.
We screen the best options for domains, handles, trademarks and pronunciation, then present the shortlist with our reasoning.
After your choice and a revision round if needed, we write tagline options and hand over a summary for registration and logo design.

Usually 2 to 3 weeks. The brief takes a few days, the shortlist is ready about a week later, and tagline work follows once you choose a name.
No one can guarantee that before a formal review. We run a preliminary search in the Canadian Trademarks Database and flag risky names, then recommend a trademark agent for a full search and filing with CIPO.
A signed-off brief makes that rare. If it happens, we revisit the criteria with you and prepare a new round of options in a different direction.
Yes. We hand over a summary you can use to register the business name in Ontario, and our team can design the logo and identity next, with logos starting at $900.
