01 · What we do

What a 3D platform gives your company

Instead of ordering renders, videos and a configurator from different vendors, you own one system where every asset comes from the same source model.

01

One source of truth for 3D

Each product is modelled once to an agreed standard and stored with its materials and variants. Renders, animation and web models are all produced from it.

02

Consistent visuals across channels

Shared lighting, material and camera presets keep the website, catalogues, ads and trade show graphics looking like one brand. New products follow the same standard.

03

Interactive tools on shared rules

The viewer and configurator run on the same library with one set of option and pricing rules. Update a finish once and it changes everywhere.

04

Tools for dealers and sales reps

Dealers get embeddable viewers, a media download area and quote tools behind their own login. Your reps can present any product in 3D during calls and site visits.

02 · Who it’s for

Who a 3D platform is right for

It makes sense when 3D is no longer a one-off project but a regular need across marketing, sales and your partner network.

  1. 01

    Manufacturers with large product ranges

When you launch new items every season and keeping photos, renders and specs current has become a job of its own.

  2. 02

Companies selling through dealers and distributors

When partners across Canada and the US need the same up-to-date visuals and quote tools, not a shared folder of old files.

  3. 03

    Businesses with complex, configurable products

When products have assemblies, variations and rules that need renders, animation and a configurator working together.

  4. 04

    Teams juggling several 3D vendors

When you have a viewer from one supplier, renders from another and no shared standard. We bring them into one system you control.

03 · What’s included

What's included

The platform is scoped in phases. Phase one usually covers your core product line and the tools your team needs most.

  • 3D content audit and platform roadmap
  • Master model library with naming standards
  • Shared material and lighting presets
  • Renders and animation from library models
  • Website 3D viewer across your catalogue
  • Configurator with shared option and price rules
  • Dealer portal with embeds and downloads
  • Source files, documentation and team training
04 · How we work

How we roll out a 3D platform

We plan the whole system first, then launch it in stages so your team works with real tools early.

  1. 01

    Audit and roadmap

We review your products, existing 3D and photo assets, website and sales process, then agree on phases, priorities and budget.

  2. 02

    Library standards

We set modelling, naming, material and file standards and build the first models, usually for your best-selling product family.

  3. 03

    Modules on shared logic

We build the viewer, the configurator and the render and animation pipeline on top of the same library and rules.

  4. 04

    Integration and dealer tools

We connect the platform to your website, CRM and product data, and set up the dealer area with logins, embeds and downloads.

  5. 05

    Launch, training and growth

We launch phase one and train your team, then add products and modules in planned releases, with ongoing support if you need it.

How much does a 3D platform cost?

Platforms start at $12,000 CAD before HST for the first phase, which usually covers a core product family, the model library and one or two modules. Later phases are quoted separately, so you can spread the investment over time.

How long until the platform is live?

The first phase usually launches in 3 to 5 months. After that, new products and modules are added in planned releases instead of one long project.

Can we start with a viewer or configurator and grow from there?

Yes, and it is often the smartest route. If we build your viewer or configurator to platform standards from the start, those models and rules carry over without rework.

Who owns the models and code?

You do. We hand over the source models, web files and code with documentation, so your team or another vendor can continue the work if needed.

Can dealers and distributors use it?

Yes. Dealers can get their own login to download renders, embed the viewer on their sites and send configured quotes back to you. Access is set per partner, and personal data is handled in line with PIPEDA.
