01 · What we do

What you get from a virtual photoshoot

Your product looks the way it does in real life, placed in a setting that helps buyers picture it in their own home, office or project.

01

A faithful 3D copy of the product

We rebuild the shape, proportions, materials and finish from your photos and specs. Texture, gloss and small details match the real item, so the shots stay true to what the customer receives.

02

Styled scenes that fit your buyer

We pick an interior or setting that matches how the product is used, from a condo kitchen to a commercial lobby. Lighting, props and colour palette follow your brand.

03

Close-ups and every angle

Besides the hero shot, you get macro details of textures, joints, hardware and edges. Buyers see quality that ordinary product photos often miss.

04

New scenes without a reshoot

Once the model exists, a new season, colourway or background is a quick re-render instead of another shoot day. Your visuals stay consistent across the site, listings and ads.

02 · Who it’s for

Who a virtual photoshoot is right for

It works best when a product needs context and detail, but a studio day with props, a location and a photographer is too slow or too costly.

  1. 01

    Manufacturers and building material suppliers

Panels, tiles, doors, fixtures and furniture look better installed than on a pallet. We show them in finished rooms and facades before a real project is photographed.

  2. 02

    Shopify and Amazon.ca sellers

When each listing needs a clean main image plus lifestyle and detail shots. One model gives you a matched set for every SKU and colour.

  3. 03

    Brands launching new products

When the product is still a prototype or in transit, but the launch page and ads need images now. Marketing can start before stock arrives.

  4. 04

B2B companies with catalogues and decks

When sales decks, trade show panels and printed catalogues all need the same look. We deliver one consistent series at print resolution.

03 · What’s included

  • Hero shot plus alternate angles
  • Macro close-ups of materials and details
  • Lifestyle shot showing the product in use

04 · How we work

How the virtual photoshoot works

Most of the work happens on our side. You approve the product model, the scene and the final angles.

  1. 01

    Product brief

You send photos, dimensions and notes on materials. We agree on the scenes, angles and where the images will be used.

  2. 02

    3D model

We model the product and send a neutral preview so you can check shape, proportions and finish before any styling starts.

  3. 03

    Scene and lighting

We build the interior or setting, add props and set up soft daylight or studio light that suits the material.

  4. 04

    Angles and close-ups

You approve draft compositions for the hero shot, lifestyle frames and macro details. Changes are quick at this stage.

  5. 05

    Final renders

We render the approved shots and export versions for your site, marketplaces, social ads and print, then hand over the full-resolution files.

How much does a virtual 3D photoshoot cost in Toronto?

Shoots start at $400 CAD before HST for one product in one styled scene, with a set of angles and close-ups. Extra scenes, colourways or products are added to a fixed quote you approve before we start.

How long does a virtual photoshoot take?

One product usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from brief to final files. A larger series for a catalogue or a full product line is delivered in batches, so you get finished shots as we go.

What do you need from us to start?

A few clear photos from different sides, the main dimensions and notes on materials and colours. If your factory has CAD or 3D files, we can use them and the model is ready sooner.

How is this different from 3D product visualization?

Product visualization focuses on clean renders on a neutral background for catalogues and spec sheets. A virtual photoshoot places the product in a styled scene with props and light, so it reads like a lifestyle photo.

Can we use the images on marketplaces and in print?

Yes. We export white-background versions for listings such as Amazon.ca, square and vertical crops for Meta ads, and high-resolution files for printed catalogues and trade show graphics.
