Projects start at $3,000 CAD before HST for a first set of workflows. The fixed quote depends on the number of workflows and integrations, and monthly tuning plus software and AI usage fees are agreed upfront.
How long does it take?
The first workflows usually go live in 4 to 8 weeks. We launch them one by one, so you start saving time before the whole project is finished.
How is this different from the AI assistant?
The AI assistant covers one customer channel. Process automation connects several channels and your internal work, such as CRM updates, documents and reports, into workflows that run across the business.
Do we need a CRM first?
It helps, because the CRM is where automated leads and tasks land. If you do not have one, we can set it up as part of the project or start with our CRM implementation.
Will AI send anything without our approval?
Only what you allow. Routine replies can go out automatically, while quotes, contracts and sensitive messages wait for a person to approve them.
