Reliance Moving: a movers website that turns searches into estimate requests

Reliance Moving is a family-owned Canadian moving company in Toronto with ten services, from home moves to piano transport. We built a multi-page website with a service catalogue, GTA service areas and a free estimate form that collects everything a crew needs to know.

Answer what, where and how much, fast

Reliance Moving brand identity on the website

People planning a move do not read mission statements. They want specifics: which services, which areas and what it will cost.

The website had to work like an estimator: collect the details of a move and prepare a quote without extra phone calls. We shaped the structure around a customer under stress, with a page for each of the ten services, twelve GTA city pages and an estimate form with the move type and item list.

  • Instant answers to key questions
  • A page for every service
  • Local pages across the GTA
  • A free estimate without a call
02

How people choose movers in the GTA

We looked at the GTA moving market and customer behaviour, from a rushed "movers near me" search to comparing three or four websites in one evening. The goal was to win that comparison with a better estimate form, not bigger promises.

Company profile

Ten services from home moves to pianos, twelve GTA cities and a family-owned Canadian brand.

Seconds to decide

Under stress, the structure has to answer what, where and how much faster than any competitor.

Two types of customer

Residential and commercial moves bring different worries, budgets and landing pages on one site.

A request without barriers

The form collects the move type, addresses and items, so the manager calls with a price, not with questions.

03 · User journey

A site built around the moving scenario

Some visitors search in a panic, others compare calmly. Every page catches its own type of customer and leads to an estimate request.

Step 1

Get an answer on the first screen

  • The estimate form is right thereA detailed request with move type, addresses and items sits on the home page, so nobody hunts for a contact form.
  • The phone is always in the headerThe number and email stay pinned on every page, so an urgent customer can call from any screen.
  • Proudly CanadianThe family business and Canadian roots are shown in the header and build trust before the first paragraph.

Step 2

Find the right service

  • Ten pages for ten searchesResidential, commercial, piano, storage and more: each service page targets its own search query in Google.
  • A sidebar that connects everythingA list of all services on every page lets visitors switch services without going back to the menu.
  • An offer in contextA "planning a move?" discount appears inside each service page, right when the customer is deciding.

Step 3

Request a free estimate

  • Twelve cities, twelve entry pointsAjax, Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga and more each have a page built for "movers in [city]" searches.
  • An FAQ that handles objectionsSeventeen answers on insurance, pricing and timing let customers settle doubts on their own.
  • The form is everywhereThe quote form appears on the home page, on its own page and at the bottom of every section.
04 · Visual system

A look that feels reliable at first glance

Photos of real movers at work, a blue and teal palette and large service icons with real photos: the company feels dependable before visitors finish the first paragraph.

  1. 01

The first screen qualifies the request

Move type, addresses and an item list on the home page mean visitors start the form right away.

  2. 02

    Service pages that rank

Each of the ten services targets its own keyword, so Google sends customers straight to the right section.

  3. 03

    Local pages expand reach

Twelve GTA city pages capture searches such as "movers in Vaughan" and "moving company Brampton".

  4. 04

    Offers where decisions happen

The discount block sits inside each service page, not in a banner at the top.

  5. 05

An FAQ that frees up the phone

Seventeen answers on insurance, timing and bulky items mean customers call ready to book.

  6. 06

    A footer that closes gently

A short contact form with a phone field ends every page for those who scrolled to the bottom.

05

Every page solves a problem

We designed the site as a system of persuasion: whichever channel a customer comes from, each next screen makes going back to competitors pointless.

A brief in one minute

Move type, addresses, date and items: the manager receives a structured request instead of a cold call.

Reviews by segment

Residential, commercial and overall reviews are separated, so customers read about experiences like their own.

Local pages with real content

"Movers in Mississauga" leads to a page about Mississauga, not to a generic catalogue.

Reliance Moving now has a multi-page website that turns search traffic into estimate requests. It covers ten services and twelve GTA cities, collects detailed move briefs and works without a manager on the line.

For the business

Ten services, twelve cities and a family Canadian brand now work as a system that collects leads from search 24/7.

For customers

Pick a service, enter the addresses, list the items and send. The distance between a question and an estimate request is one form.
