We began by deeply analyzing the needs of Locksmith GTA's target audience and the competitive landscape for locksmith services. After studying user needs, it became clear that the key priority was accessibility and convenience, especially given the wide geography of the service. A detailed analysis of competitors was conducted, which revealed their weaknesses, such as insufficient development of local pages and unclear structure of the site.
The conclusions led us to the necessity of creating an intuitive site architecture that not only covers all service regions, but also significantly enhances SEO. This is how we ensured fast and accurate navigation for every client, whether they live in downtown Toronto or the suburbs, strengthening the site's visibility in search engines and attracting new local clients.
