Reliance Doorsmith: a website that dispatches door repairs across the GTA

Reliance Doorsmith has spent ten years installing and repairing residential and commercial doors, storefronts and access systems from offices in Mississauga and Etobicoke. We designed and built a multi-page website where more than thirty services, open prices and a request form on every screen turn urgent searches into booked technician visits.

Work like a calm dispatcher

Reliance Doorsmith service pages on a laptop, each with its own price and call form

Someone with a jammed lock at midnight or a property manager with a shattered storefront is not browsing. They need a technician now, and they call the first company that looks reliable.

The site had to catch that urgent request, point the visitor to the right service out of thirty and get them to a call or a form in as few taps as possible. At the same time it had to serve planned projects, from a new entrance door to an aluminum storefront, with the same clarity.

  • Thirty services, one clear route
  • A request form on every screen
  • Open prices before the call
  • Trust in seconds, even under stress
02

Mapping the door market and how people search

We studied how the GTA door market works and how people look for help, from a panicked late-night search to a planned hunt for a contractor. The result was a route map that turns a long list of services into a few clear entry points.

Service clusters

Emergency, residential and commercial work grouped so each visitor sees their own situation first.

One main action

Booking a technician is the goal of every page, and the funnel is built toward that form.

Two search moods

The structure answers both the urgent call and the calm, planned request.

Real differentiators

A licence, two GTA offices and a decade of work: a systematic service, not a one-person operation.

03 · User journey

A route that leads to the request on its own

Each block answers the next question before the visitor asks it: which service, what it costs and how fast someone can come.

Step 1

The first screen takes charge

  • Trust before textNavy and bright blue read as a licensed, organized company before a single line is read.
  • Emergency help always visibleAn emergency callback bar stays pinned to the bottom of every page.
  • Two offices, one serviceMississauga and Etobicoke locations show coverage across the whole GTA.

Step 2

Services instead of searching

  • Thirty routes, no dead endsEvery service lives on its own page, so visitors land directly on their problem.
  • Prices without a phone callOpen prices, from CAD 130 for a hinge repair to CAD 800 for a custom door, help people decide early.
  • A form that knows the jobAfter a service page the request form arrives with the context already in place.

Step 3

From request to dispatch

  • Coverage on a mapThe areas page shows that a technician reaches Mississauga, Scarborough and everywhere in between.
  • Proof from real jobsA gallery of finished doors in Toronto homes and offices removes the last doubt.
  • Only the fields that matterName, phone, address and the problem. Nothing more.
04 · Visual system

Design that earns trust under pressure

One task guided every screen: a stressed customer should feel reliability before dialing. Six decisions make that happen.

  1. 01

    Navy calms the nerves

A dark, confident first screen with a call form tells visitors a serious company is on the other end.

  2. 02

    Blue marks the action

The accent colour is reserved for buttons and key headings, so the eye goes straight to booking.

  3. 03

    Projects answer objections

Photos of finished doors show what the result looks like in a real home or storefront.

  4. 04

    Prices remove the barrier

An open price list means people call already knowing roughly what they will pay.

  5. 05

Every page ends in a form

Whichever of the thirty services a visitor reads, the next step is right there.

  6. 06

    Convincing on any screen

The layout keeps the call form within reach on phones, tablets and large monitors.

05

An interface where every block has a job

We designed the route from the first touch to the moment a technician has the address. Each block handles one objection and hands the visitor to the next.

Partner brands build expertise

Schlage, Yale, ASSA ABLOY and Von Duprin logos say more about competence than adjectives.

All services one tap away

A slide-out catalogue on every service page shows the full range at a glance.

Areas that answer "will you come?"

A GTA coverage map settles the question before it is asked.

Reviews from four platforms

Google, HomeStars, Trusted Reviews and Houzz ratings sit together on one screen.

07 · Result

A website trusted with the keys to the home

Reliance Doorsmith now has a multi-page site that structures thirty services, shows prices openly, proves coverage across the GTA and puts a request form in front of the visitor at every step, turning urgent and planned searches alike into service calls.

For the business

A professional image, a steady flow of requests from across the GTA and a confident presence in thirty segments of the door market.

For customers

No confusion: the right service, a clear price and a call button at the exact moment the door will not close.
