Architecture and roles
We define user types, what each one can see and do, and how data moves between them. Getting this right on paper prevents costly rework later.
When a website is no longer enough, we build the system behind it: client and dealer accounts, roles and permissions, billing and integrations with the tools you already use, all planned in detail before any code is written.
A platform is a set of rules as much as a set of screens. We plan both.
We define user types, what each one can see and do, and how data moves between them. Getting this right on paper prevents costly rework later.
We design the path from invitation or sign-up to daily use for clients, dealers and staff. Every screen has one job and an obvious next step.
Subscriptions, deposits, balances, loyalty tiers and rewards are built on Stripe or your payment provider. Every transaction is logged so your accountant can reconcile it.
We connect your CRM, ERP, accounting and email tools through their APIs, so orders, invoices and statuses sync without manual copying. Reminders, approvals and other routine steps run on their own.
It is the right step when spreadsheets, email and a basic website can no longer keep up with how you work.

When clients should log in to see project status, files, invoices and bookings without calling your office.
When the platform itself is the product, with sign-ups, subscriptions, user profiles and admin tools.
When revenue depends on tiers, balances, top-ups or rewards that must be calculated precisely every time.
The full product cycle, from the written specification to support after release.
The scope, stages and acceptance criteria are agreed before development starts, and you review working software along the way.
Workshops with your team to map use cases, roles, rules and integrations. The result is a written specification with a fixed scope and acceptance criteria.
We design the data model, modules, integrations and hosting, with a Canadian data centre region available if your clients require it.
We build a clickable prototype of the key screens and test it with your team, then turn it into a consistent design system.
We build the back end, interfaces and integrations in stages with a demo after each one, so your feedback shapes the product early.
Functional, load and permissions testing, then a controlled rollout with monitoring. After launch we fix issues, train your team and plan the next release.

A first release usually takes 12 to 16 weeks after the specification is signed. Larger systems are split into phases, so your team can start using the core features sooner.
Ready-made tools are cheaper to start with, and we will tell you if one fits your needs. Custom makes sense when your pricing, roles or workflows do not fit a template, or when per-user subscription fees grow larger than the cost of owning the system.
In most cases, yes. We integrate with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Bitrix24, accounting tools like QuickBooks and Xero, and ERPs that offer an API. If a system has no API, we look at file exports or other options during discovery.
Access is limited by role, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and sensitive actions are logged. We follow PIPEDA principles for personal information and can host in a Canadian region if your clients or industry require it.
