Care plans start at $250 per month, CAD before HST. The price depends on the size of the site, whether it is an online store and how many edit hours you need, and we confirm it after a short review of your site.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans start with a 3-month term, which gives us time to finish the audit and settle into a routine. After that, the plan continues month to month.
Can you look after a website another agency built?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, hosting and plugins, and anything that needs fixing first is quoted separately. Once the site is stable, it moves onto a regular monthly plan.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
Monitoring alerts us when the site stops responding, and we treat it as a priority. We restore from a clean backup, remove the cause and send you a short summary of what happened.
What counts as a content edit?
Text and price changes, new photos, a new team member, a blog post or a simple page built from existing templates. Larger work, like a new section or a redesign, is quoted separately so your monthly plan stays predictable.
