01

Show expertise and lead to a consultation

VG Law brand identity in navy and gold

A client with a real estate deal on the line is not shopping for design. They want proof of expertise and a fast way to speak with a lawyer.

The site had to calm nerves, make the firm's specialisation obvious and bring visitors to a consultation. We built it around two very different clients: private lenders who need their capital protected and borrowers who need support with a purchase, sale or refinance.

  • Credibility on the first screen
  • Separate paths for lenders and borrowers
  • Services grouped by expertise
  • A consultation form with deal context
02

How clients choose a real estate lawyer

We studied the GTA real estate legal market and the client journey, from an urgent "real estate lawyer near me" search to a side-by-side comparison of firms. The aim was to win that comparison with proven expertise, not generic promises.

A focused practice

Real estate, private lending and business law, with real depth in transactions and financing.

Two audiences

Lenders look for protection, borrowers look for guidance. Each gets its own space on the site.

Credentials that speak first

The founder's education at York University and Windsor Law works as an argument before any copy is read.

A smarter first contact

Visitors share the mortgage amount and their situation, so the lawyer's first call is already specific.

03 · User journey

A structure that follows the logic of a deal

From an urgent request days before closing to a planned search for a lending partner, each screen moves a visitor one step closer to a consultation.

04 · Visual system

The visual language of a serious firm

Navy and gold, the Toronto skyline and a professional portrait: every visual choice lets visitors sense the firm's standard before they read a single line.

  1. 01

    Credentials up front

York University and Windsor Law, with the founder's portrait, answer the first question a client has: can I trust this lawyer?

  2. 02

    Audiences never mix

Real estate, private lending and business law each have their own context, so a lender never scrolls through content for buyers.

  3. 03

    Lending in investor language

Collateral mortgages and fast financing are described the way private lenders talk about them.

  4. 04

    Values as a filter

Four principles against the city skyline help clients check if the firm matches their expectations.

  5. 05

    An FAQ that saves time

Answers about the process and fees mean clients arrive at the consultation already prepared.

  6. 06

    A navy and gold palette

A restrained colour system with gold accents signals stability and a premium level of service.

05

Every section answers a doubt

We designed the website as a chain of arguments: a visitor arrives with a question about a deal, and each next screen shows there is no reason to keep looking for another lawyer.

The portrait as the first argument

A photo of the founder with her credentials in a gold frame keeps visitors on the page within seconds.

Lenders and borrowers stay apart

Two blocks with different messages: investors see capital protection, buyers see guidance through the process.

Icons that scan faster than text

Five advantages in a navy and gold icon grid show how the firm differs from similar practices.
