People look for someone to trust, not a catalogue

Balanced Wellness website on a tablet and phone

Someone with back pain or preparing for an important event isn't browsing for fun - they're looking for a practitioner they can trust with their body.

The site had to convey a sanctuary atmosphere, show the team's qualifications and lead to online booking. We gave seven directions - from acupuncture to Reiki - their own pages, put 60+ treatments into tabs, integrated DIKIDI and launched EN/RU versions.

Two audiences, one clear path to a practitioner

We studied Barrie's wellness market and two audiences: English speakers searching for 'acupuncture Barrie' and Russian speakers looking for a massage therapist. The winners are qualifications and easy booking - not stock photos of candles.
