Media planning
We map where your customers spend time online: city publications, niche blogs, newsletters, podcasts and YouTube channels. You get a plan with placements, formats, costs and stated reach before anything is booked.
When search and social ads are not enough, we plan campaigns across online media, creators and partner brands, place your story where your audience already reads and watches, and trace every visit back to its source.
We coordinate channels that are usually handled separately and measure each one the same way, so you know where your traffic and customers come from.

We shortlist Toronto and Canadian creators whose audience matches yours, check their real engagement and past sponsorships, and negotiate terms. Every post follows the Ad Standards influencer disclosure guidelines.
We find non-competing businesses that serve the same customers, like a gym and a nutrition shop, and set up joint offers, contests or newsletter swaps. Partnerships bring warm traffic from a source people already trust.
Every link gets UTM tags and every creator can get a personal promo code. In GA4 you see visits, sign-ups and sales by channel, so budget moves to the placements that actually perform.
It suits brands that need to be known, not only found, and can budget beyond a single ad platform.

Openings, seasonal menus and events that need a wave of local attention in a short window, through creators and city media.
Products that sell through recommendations, where an honest demo from a trusted creator moves more people than another banner.
Your Google and Meta costs keep rising and you need new sources of traffic that do not depend on a single ad auction.
Monthly planning, outreach and reporting. Media and creator fees are agreed with you in advance and paid separately.
We plan in 3-month cycles, which leaves time to test channels and put more into the best ones.
We agree on what success looks like, such as site visits, sign-ups or store visits, and who we need to reach.
We research outlets, creators and partners, estimate costs and reach and send a plan for your approval.
We contact creators and media, negotiate rates, write briefs and review content before it goes live.
Placements go live on a schedule, each with its own tracking link or code, and we watch traffic as it comes in.
Each month we show which channels brought visits and sales and move the next month's budget toward them.

We recommend at least 3 months. The first month is mostly research and outreach, and the next two show which channels bring real traffic and deserve a bigger share of the budget.
We look at where their followers live, real engagement and comments, past brand deals and whether their content fits your brand. Follower count alone says little, so we often prefer smaller Toronto creators with an engaged local audience.
Every placement gets its own UTM link or promo code, and results flow into Google Analytics 4. You see visits, sign-ups and sales by channel instead of vague impressions.
Yes. Under Canada's Competition Act and the Ad Standards disclosure guidelines, paid or gifted posts must be clearly marked, for example with #ad. We build this into every creator brief, and any contest we run follows Canadian rules, including a skill-testing question.
