Prime Kitchens: a website that shows 12 years of craft in seconds

Prime Kitchens designs, builds and installs custom kitchens, vanities, closets and built-ins from its own workshop in Vaughan, serving homeowners across the GTA. We created the architecture, UX and visual design of a website where six project galleries, an SEO-ready structure and an estimate form on every page lead visitors to a request.

Win the homeowner's trust, then the estimate

Prime Kitchens website on a desktop, laptop and phone: three screens, one funnel to a lead

People shopping for a custom kitchen are not looking for inspiration alone. They want a workshop they can trust with a project that can cost as much as a car.

The site had to show the level of production and real finished work, then guide visitors to a personal estimate. We split the structure by product type (kitchens, vanities, closets, wall units and built-ins), gave each one a gallery of real projects and kept a single, consistent path to the estimate form.

  • Show the craft before the copy
  • Six product lines, six galleries
  • An estimate form with real context
  • Found in local GTA searches

How GTA homeowners choose a workshop

We looked at the custom furniture market in the GTA and at buyer behaviour, from a 'custom kitchens Toronto' search to choosing a contractor. In this market you win with a portfolio and proof of craft, not with slogans.

03 · User journey

A structure built around the workshop's funnel

We followed a homeowner from a Google search to sending measurements, then gave every page one job: the portfolio inspires, the expertise convinces and the form closes with an estimate.

Every page removes one more barrier

We designed the site as a sequence of arguments: a visitor arrives wanting a new kitchen and each section shows there is no reason to look for another workshop.

The funnel on one screen

The offer, a capture form and a $1,000 cashback on the first screen convert without scrolling.

A multi-page SEO structure

Products, Gallery, Blog and six categories with unique meta tags each bring their own search traffic.

Mobile as its own product

A sticky contact bar, vertical cards and forms without sideways scrolling keep phones converting.

Guarantees right before the button

Consultation, tracking, warranty and support sit above the form as the last thing visitors see.
