We asked questions to find out how KazakhUpack sees their ideal image and what exactly they want to broadcast to their customers. In this dialog it was important to understand what emotions and associations the client wants to evoke in their audience.
Our collaboration began with detailed messaging and regular calls during which we discussed the client's key objectives and expectations. In these discussions, we asked clarifying questions to gain a deeper understanding of the image and image KazakhUpack was seeking to create.
